MSL 201 - Innovative Team Leadership

Prerequisite: MSL 101 or consent of instructor.
Corequisite: MSL 201L

Explore the theory and practical application of group dynamics, team building, and innovative leadership in Explore the theory and practical application of group dynamics, team building, and innovative leadership in both civilian and military contexts. Students will participate in practical application of personal motivation and team building through planning, executing and assessing team exercises. Builds on concepts taught in Military Science 101S and 150S.

Note: Laboratory required for ROTC cadets.
