MSL 301 - Small Unit Military Leadership

3 Semester Hours
Prerequisite: Completion of first two years of ROTC or prior military experience.
The study, practice and evaluation of adaptive leadership skills in the context of squad tactical operations. Focus on developing cadets’ tactical leadership abilities in preparation for ROTC’s summer Leadership Development and Assessment Course (LDAC). Laboratory required for Army ROTC cadets. Consent of instructor required. One course.
