JUS 424 - Legal Research and Writing

3 Semester Hours
Prerequisite: ENG 111, ENG 112
This course introduces students interested in law school or legal training for non-lawyers to legal research and writing. The course explores the core skills lawyers use to find, analyze, and communicate about legal problems, case analysis and synthesis, and basic legal research methodologies.
