JUS 330 - Criminals of the Bible

Prerequisite: JUS 111
This course will examine the lessons that can be learned from criminal acts recorded in the Holy Bible. The Bible is the greatest selling book in history and consistently outsells most if not all books every year even today. Opinions vary on how the Bible is supposed to be read and understood. Some view it as a book of history, others as part history and part fable. Regardless of where you stand in this unending debate, the intention here is to learn from some of the stories of crime recounted in the Bible. The lessons learned will be analyzed on a societal and individual level.
