BUS 720 - Leadership Consulting

The class introduces core elements of organizational consulting, including establishing trust with clients, establishing expectations of the consulting problems, planning a consulting intervention, and managing a consulting intervention. Students also learn the different challenges associated with internal and external consulting, and how to successfully market consulting businesses.
