This course utilizes case studies and examples to explore the basic topics of customer value, distribution systems, inventory management, and logistics network planning. It will also explore the more advanced concepts of business processes, information technology, international issues, procurement and outsourcing, product design, supply contracts, risk management, and technology standards in supply chain management.
