SPE 327 - Assessment and Program Development in Special Education 3 Semester Hours Prerequisite: SPE 300 , EDU 202 , EDU 205 This course focuses on knowledge and practical experiences with standardized norm referenced and criterion referenced diagnostic procedures and instruments applicable to students with disabilities. Emphasis will be on evaluation, interpretation, individual educational programming and monitoring instruction and progress.
Note: A student must be admitted to the Teacher Education Program before enrolling in upper-level education courses or must have permission from the Teacher Education Program. Permission will not be granted to students who have less than a 3.0 GPA. Field experience is required. Writing Intensive
